Workdays Gone By

Now that I'm working in a new office (same job, different state), I'd like to take a moment to remember the old cube:

How to use a management monkey:

1. A colleague comes to you with a problem

2. You take a monkey from the jar and discuss a solution

3. When you have arrived at the solution, you give the monkey to the colleague, signalling that this problem is no longer your something you will work to solve.

4. Don't laugh, a graduate of the Harvard Business School invented them!
